Paulo Freire was a renowned thinker and practitioner in adult education but his influence has been found as much outside the classroom as within it.
Freire's approach was always to seek first to understand the community in which he was engaged and to focus on the issues of concern that its people faced.
A typical workshop will include presentations, videos and workshop discussion with an emphasis on relating Freire's insights to our own professional and community involvements.
